OFFICIAL RULES & GUIDELINES
Single / Solo author participation only. Registration fee is ₹60 per paper submission.
Submissions must follow standard IEEE/conference formatting guidelines.
Presentation time is strictly limited to 8-10 minutes, followed by a 2-3 minute Q&A defense with the judging panel.
Plagiarism exceeding acceptable institutional limits (>10%) will lead to immediate disqualification.
Presentation slides (.pptx or .pdf) and a digital copy of the research paper must be submitted 24 hours prior to the event.
Presentations and evaluations take place directly on participants' personal laptops at their allocated desks in the Smart Classrooms.
Laptops must be fully charged beforehand and system notifications set to 'Do Not Disturb' during the presentation.
The author must be present at their assigned desk and actively participate in the explanation and Q&A defense.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
JUDGING RUBRIC
Depth of research, problem statement clarity, and innovation.
Validity of experimental setup, algorithms, data analysis, and findings.
Slide design, clarity of speech, time management, and confidence.
Ability to answer technical questions and defend methodology.
