OFFICIAL RULES & GUIDELINES
Each team must consist of strictly 2 members (Duo participation only). Only one laptop is allowed per team.
The competition is conducted as one continuous 3-hour round.
The reference webpage will be displayed for 1 minute at the beginning of the event.
One-minute visual checkpoints will be provided at the end of Hour 1 and Hour 2 to identify differences and refine the recreation.
Participants may make handwritten sketches or notes during the permitted 1-minute observation periods.
Photography, screenshots, screen recording, or any other capture of the original webpage is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification.
AI coding assistants and generative AI tools are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the organizers.
External resources, pre-existing templates, copied website designs, and collaboration with other teams are strictly prohibited.
Final submission requires a GitHub repository containing the complete HTML/CSS source code and a 1-minute video walkthrough demonstrating the working webpage.
JUDGING RUBRIC
Fidelity of layout, spacing, alignment, colors, typography, and component placement.
Clean HTML structure, organized CSS, meaningful naming, and maintainable code.
Proper rendering, responsiveness, and working interactions where applicable.
Effective implementation while preserving the reference design.
Effective completion and refinement within the 3-hour limit.
